A Calm, Analytical Mind with a human Heart
My path began in a very different world — computer science, business, problem solving, systems, strategy.
I loved clarity and structure, but I was always drawn to the human experience behind it all:
the emotions, the pressure, the desire for meaning and connection.

Over time, I realised something important:
true clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder — it comes from presence.
For over 15 years, I’ve practiced energy work, learning how the mind, body, and energy respond when we finally slow down. More recently, I deepened my practice through a program inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s teachings on presence.
This path brought together everything in a way that felt natural — the analytical, the intuitive, the grounded, the spacious.
